Vijay Sethupathi's 25th film Seethakaathi is gearing up for a release on December 20, 2018 and at this time the makers have released a promotional video snippet from the movie which features Sethupathi mouthing a dialogue about the 'government.'
From the glimpse that we get, it seems like the hero is in his younger days of being a theatre artiste and this dialogue seems to be a scene enacted for a theater play.
Seethakaathi is directed by Balaji Tharaneetharan and has Ramya Nambeesan, Gayathrie and Parvatii play female leads in the film. The film is produced by Passion Studios and has music by Govind Vasantha.
