2016 Kannada Blockbuster film 'U Turn' is being remade in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously. The film title 'U-turn' has been retained for the remakes also. Aadhi, Samantha and Rahul Ravindran play key roles in the film. Pawan Kumar who directed the original Kannada film is directing the Tamil-Telugu versions as well.

The film went on floors on February 17 at Rajahmundry. Samantha joined the team for the shoot. Aadhi will be playing the role of a cop while Rahul Ravindran will be seen as Samantha's boyfriend.

U-Turn is a mystery thriller film with elements of suspense. The plot revolves around the death of motorists who break a traffic rule at a particular flyover in Bangalore.
