Director Mani Ratnam's upcoming multi-starrer film which has a stellar cast of Simbu, Vijay Sethupathi, Arun Vijay, Arvind Swamy,  Aditi Rao Hydari, Jyothika and Aishwarya Rajesh is currently shooting at Chennai's ECR. A picture of the clapboard from the film's shoot, which suggests that scene 24 will be shot tonight has been doing the rounds confirming the film's progress.

Touted to be an action-thriller, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam (CCV) will be called Nawab in Telugu and has  music by A.R. Rahman, cinematography by Santhosh Sivan and edits by Sreekar Prasad. CCV is produced by Madras Talkies and will be presented by Lyca Productions.
