Maaveeran Kittu : second half to be tweaked in theatre halls

Following a day of remaining closed due to the demise of former chief minister J. Jayalalithaa, Theatre halls opened to movie shows as usual. Director Suseenthiran's Maaveeran Kittu, one of the movies to have released last week, made use of this gap to tweak the story a bit for keeping the audience interested. An announcement from the team states that that starting today, the movie's second half would see a slight change in the screenplay and audience would get to see the trimmed version in theatre halls. This has been solely done for keeping the intrigue level up.

What's incidental is that the movie whose story revolves around the death of former chief minister Dr. M.G Ramachandran is being played around the same time of the death of his protege and another former chief minister Dr. J. Jayalalithaa. The movie starrs Vishnu VishalSri Divya and Parthiepan in prominent roles and has gained positive initial acclaim from the critics and the audience.
