Studio Green bags the theatrical rights of Prabhu Solomon's Kumki 

Moviecrow had earlier reported that Studio Green was keen in acquiring the distribution rights of Prabhu Solomon’s ‘Kumki’. It’s now official that Studio Green will be releasing Kumki. The film touted to be a forest thriller has created a lot of hype and is eagerly awaited for its release. The songs composed by Imman have got good response and are topping the charts.

Kumki marks the debut of Vikram Prabhu and Lakhmi Menon of 'Sundarapandian' fame plays the female lead. Studio Green has bagged the theatrical rights for a huge some for the whole of South India which includes Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Karnataka. Kumki will be dubbed in Telugu and released in AP simultaneously. Studio Green which emerged a winner with its aggressive marketing and promotions for Attakathi will ensure that Kumki also gets a good opening. The film is produced by Lingusamy’s production house ‘Thirupathi Brothers’.
