Journey of Salman Khan's 'Sultan' begins in Punjab

Director Ali Abbas Zafar has begun the recce of his upcoming film Sultan in Punjab. The film stars superstar Salman Khan in the lead role. Director Ali shared this information on his Twitter page.

Produced by Aditya Chopra under his Yash Raj Films banner, the movie is reportedly based on the life of a wrestler and the "Dabangg" star will be seen in an action avatar as a wrestler. The leading lady of the film is yet to be announced.

The shooting of the film is scheduled to commence in November. The film will hit the screens on auspicious occasion of Eid in 2016.
