Salman Khan's 'Sultan' to clash with Shah Rukh Khan's 'Raees' at the Box Office
Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are all set to fight it out at the box-office with their respective films "Sultan" and "Raees" slated to release on Eid 2016.
Salman Khan’s upcoming movie ‘Sultan’ is set to released on Eid next year. The production house YRF has made an official announcement yesterday on Sultan's release date.
Salman Khan will be seen as a wrestler in the film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Sultan” will commence shooting in November and will release on Eid 2016. The movie is produced by Aditya Chopra.
Interestingly Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film "Raees" directed by Rahul Dholakia and produced by Excel Entertainment is also slated for Eid 2016 release. The release date was announced much earlier than Sultan.
Salman and SRK are back to being friends after their infamous fight in 2008. SRK recently launched the first Look of Salman’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ which is slated for Eid release this year.
Generally, the Khans, whose films are big ticket events, avoid releasing their films on the same date with Salman preferring Eid, Shah Rukh Diwali and Aamir for Christmas. Let's wait and see if this clash is avoided or not!
