Kabir Bedi to play villain in Hrithik Roshan's Mohenjo Daro

Ashutosh Gowariker's much ambitious project Mohenjo Daro has finally found its main villain. According to sources, Kabir Bedi will play Hrithik Roshan's nemesis in the period drama which also features debutant Pooja Hegde. We hear that Ashutosh was always keen on signing Kabir Bedi for the film, but Kabir's international commitments proved to be a road block. 

In an interview to a leading tabloid, Kabir Bedi had said, "It is exciting to be playing one of the most important roles in Mohenjo Daro, an epic set in the world's oldest settlement," he said. "I've known Ashutosh from my Los Angeles days we go back a long way. The film has a terrific hero in Hrithik which in turn makes my role as the film's chief villain very powerful and thrilling." 

Mohenjo Daro goes on floors later this month in Bhuj, Gujarat, where an elaborate set resembling the Indus valley civilisation has been erected.
