Action Jackson release date postponed again

The release date of Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha starrer Action Jackson directed by Prabhu Deva has been postponed again. The film was initially set to release in June, but the release date was pushed to November 7. Now Eros Entertainment has decided to delay the release date by a month and the action thriller is now slated to release on 5 December.

Interestingly, Saif Ali Khan's "Happy Ending" was scheduled to release on 5 December, but the makers preponed its release date to November 21.

The change in the release date was planned by the makers so that "Action Jackson" will get free two weeks run without any competition. Now that Action Jackson has been pushed to December, SRK's "Happy New Year" will get three weeks of free run at the box office worldwide. The next big film to release after Happy New is Year is "Kill Dil" starring Govinda, Ranveer Singh, Parineeti Chopra which will release on November 14.
