Sajid Khan to next direct a film for UTV

Sajid Khan's latest outing "Humshakals" received mostly negative reviews from critics. The film managed to collect Rs 56.23 crores in the first week. The collections steadily dipped in the subsequent weeks after the release of EK Villain. Sajid Khan has maintained a low profile ever since the release of the film.

The director is now back in action. He will be next directing a film for the production house UTV. Sajid is currently busy writing a new script – a youth-oriented film which will have light-hearted humour. Sajid has confirmed the news to a leading portal but has refused to divulge further details on the film as it is the nascent stages.

The film will roll by early 2015 and Khan is planning to lock the script by the first week of October.
