Salman breaks SRK's record with Kick

Salman Khan beats Shahrukh Khan's record with Kick


Shahrukh has been holding the record of having the longest ever chase sequence in a Hindi film ever since the release of Darr in 1993. While the record which has not been broken for almost 2 decades is all set to  be taken over by Salman's Khan's upcoming release 'Kick'. According to the makers, a chase sequence shot in Old Delhi featuring 'Devil' Salman Khan and Randeep Hooda is said to be one of the longest chase sequences.

 

The sequence was shot on busy streets and narrow lanes in Old Delhi. The sequence involves Salman riding a bicycle and doing wheelie and jumps with the bicycle. The sequence was shot with multiple cameras. Some were set up even on the terrace of buildings.

The makers are planning to approach the Limca book of records to officially hold the record for having the longest chase sequence in a film. The team is currently busy with the post production work and promotions of the film. Kick starring Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez directed by Sajid Nadiawala is set to hit the screens on July 25.
