Ajith Gautham Menon Thala55 all set to roll

Fans have been eagerly awaiting the official announcement on Thala 55 project. Here's a piece of good news for Thala fans to rejoice. The most awaited project is set to take off on April 9. Sri Sathya Sai Movies who are producing the film have issued an official press release.

The statement reads, "I wish to announce on behalf of Producer AM Ratnam, Sri Sathya Sai Movies, Hero Ajith kumar and Gautham Vasudev Menon that the much awaited project of mighty combination is set to be launched on April 9. The cast and crew shall be announced in detail shortly"

Gautham Vasudevan has confirmed the news on his Twitter page. He posted, "Thank you for waiting, all you eager beavers out there, some patiently, some not so. Ajith, ratnam sir and me. Shoot begins 9th. I can't wait to announce the rest of the cast and crew. Especially music. Please wait for a special announcement about the music director."
