Telugu actor Pawan Kalyan's most expected film Panjaa hits the screens today. It has got a very good hype in Tamil Nadu since Tamil director Vishnuvardhan is making his debut in Tollywood in a big way & he has also got Yuvan Shankar Raja's to score the music. The audio was very well received & there is great expectation on Yuvan's BGM which is sure to rock as he has delivered his best for Vishnu's previous films.

It is releasing in around 15 theaters in Chennai which is the highest for any Telugu film so far. It is also releasing in many other nearby districts like Chengalpet, Kanchipuram in few screens. The complete screen count for Tamil Nadu is not known yet. Overall it is releasing worldwide with more than 1000 prints. This week it is Osthi vs Panjaa at the Chennai Box office as more than 85% of the collections for a Telugu film comes from Chennai alone when it has a wide release all over Tamil Nadu.
