Jiiva has dropped a striking first-look poster for Jolliya Iruntha Oruthan (JIO), reuniting with his Siva Manasula Sakthi director M Rajesh. The poster shows Jiiva clad entirely in black, whistling alongside multiple clones of himself, hinting at an intriguing character arc. The teaser for the film is set to release on June 21.

The film's cast includes Ivana, Sudhakar, Rethika Srinivas, Abdool Lee, Raj Ayyappa, Bagavathi Perumal and Hasini Pavithra. A recently released glimpse video suggests the story follows Jiiva's character through a transformation driven by his love life, though full plot details remain under wraps.

Production on JIO has been completed, with a release date expected to be announced soon. The makers had previously planned a re-release of Siva Manasula Sakthi this summer ahead of JIO's launch, though that has been pushed back. Jiiva also recently lost his father, producer RB Choudhary, founder of Super Good Films, in a tragic accident.

On the technical side, Yuvan Shankar Raja composes the music, M Sukumar handles cinematography, and Ashish Joseph edits the film. JIO is produced by Dato Abdul Malik under the Malik Streams Corporation banner.
