The makers of Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) have released the film’s trailer, offering a glimpse into its futuristic romantic drama set in 2040.

Directed by Vignesh Shivan, the film features SJ Suryah as the founder of an advanced matchmaking app that claims to identify ideal partners. Pradeep Ranganathan plays Vibe Vassey, a bachelor who joins the company as the voice of the app, only for his real-life romance with Krithi Shetty’s Dheema to clash with the system’s logic.

The trailer hints at a conflict between technology and human emotions, with Vibe determined to prove that love cannot be replaced by software.

The film also stars Yogi Babu, Seeman, and Gouri Kishan. With music by Anirudh Ravichander and cinematography by Ravi Varman, LIK is produced by Nayanthara’s Rowdy Pictures and Seven Screen Studio, and is set to release in theatres on April 10.
