Superstar Rajinikanth’s much-awaited Coolie, hitting screens on August 14, has opened to phenomenal advance bookings. The buzz is at an all-time high, with many major centres already reporting sold-out shows, creating tremendous pressure in key locations.

Censored ‘A’ and running for 2 hours 49 minutes 57 seconds, Coolie also features Shruthi Haasan, Sathyaraj, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, Nagarjuna, and a cameo by Pooja Hegde, alongside special appearances from Aamir Khan and others. The film follows a mysterious man (Rajinikanth) who takes on a corrupt syndicate exploiting the workers of a bustling port town.
