Coolie starring actor Rajinikanth in the lead is an upcoming Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial, produced by Sun Pictures and with composer Anirudh Ravichander for music. The movie is all set to begin shooting next month, and latest we hear Coolie will start filming from June 6, 2024 [Thursday] at Chennai.

Sun Pictures is said to have begun set work at a film city too for the same, in Tamil Nadu's capital. Rajinikanth recently wrapped shooting of his other movie Vettaiyan, and seems like the 73 year old star isn't taking much of a break before beginning his next movie i.e. Coolie.
