Back in December 2023, the makers of Suriya starrer Kanguva had unveiled a behind-the-scenes still captured during the photoshoot for the film. That still was for one of the two looks i.e. a period character Suriya portrayed in the movie. Studio Green, the banner behind Kanguva has now unveiled another photoshoot still that was captured post the shooting of Kanguva.

In this still, Suriya is seen in the modern day look of one of his two portrayals in Kanguva. Mumbai-based famous celebrity photographer Avinash Gowariker has clicked this still, and as soon as Suriya shared it on his social media page, several celebrities have been leaving emojis in awe of the picture.
Kanguva has Disha Patani playing female lead in her Tamil debut, and also stars Bollywood actor Bobby Deol, 'Natty' Natarajan Subramaniam, Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Anandraj, G. Marimuthu (late), Deepa Venkat, Ravi Raghavendra, KS Ravikumar, among others.
The VFX-heavy period action drama co-produced by UV Creations, has Devi Sri Prasad for music, Vetri for cinematography and is slated to release in both 3D and IMAX formats.
