Highest grossing A-rated Indian film of all time - Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead released in theaters on December 1, 2023, and created quite the stir both within and outside the Hindi film industry. The movie co-written and directed by Telugu filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga [known for making Arjun Reddy (2017) and its Hindi remake Kabir Singh (2019)], is now all set for a digital premiere. 

Netflix has officially announced Animal's OTT release date as January 26, 2024 i.e. Republic Day Friday [Tomorrow]. Animal will be available to stream in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages.

As with all of Sandeep Reddy Vanga's films, Animal comes with a lot of male aggression and revolves around a protagonist with a devil-may-care attitude towards civility and society.  The movie's plot is about what lengths an heir of a wealthy tycoon goes to for love, family and enmity. 

Animal comes with a runtime of 201 minutes i.e. 3 hours 21 minutes and also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Tripti Dimri among others in pivotal roles. Animal was made with a budget of Rs. 100 Cr. and is said to exceeded Rs. 900 Cr. in box-office collections.
