Jigarthanda shooting wrapped

Siddharth and Lakshmi Menon play the lead roles in Jigarthanda directed by Karthik Subbaraj of 'Pizza' fame. Major portions of the film has been shot in Madurai. The film shooting has been wrapped yesterday. Siddharth had tweeted yesterday, "Last day on the sets of Karthik Subbaraj’s ‘Jigarthanda’. Going to really miss this gang. Release news soon. Very excited about this picture."

Jigarthanda is touted to be a suspense thriller. Simhaa and Karuna play supporting cast. Music by Santhosh Narayanan. The film is produced by Aadukalam producer 'Kathiresan'. The film is set to hit the screens in January 2014.
