Leo starring actor Vijay in the lead is an upcoming gangster thriller that is all set to release in theaters on October 19, 2023 [Thursday]. The movie written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is currently gearing up for a first look poster and a small teaser release, and these updates are expected around lead star Vijay's upcoming birthday i.e. June 22, 2023. 

At this time, buzz also has it that a single from the movie Leo will also be released for Vijay's birthday. Leo has Anirudh for music and already an all-English single titled Bloody Sweet was unveiled as a theme track along with the film's title reveal, and on streaming platforms back in February. A proper Tamil song from the movie is expected to be released this time around. 

It is worth mentioning here that no official announcements on Leo's first look, teaser or single release has been made so far. Leo is a production venture of 7 Screen Studio with Sony Music holding audio rights, Netflix post-theatrical OTT rights and Sun TV post-theatrical satellite.
