Wikki 6 (tentative title) is writer, director Vignesh Shivan's 6th project which was previously supposed to star actor Ajith Kumar in it. However the Ajith, Vignesh Shivan collaboration is not happening and MovieCrow hears Vignesh Shivan has now approched Vijay Sethupathi to star in it.

Vignesh Shivan and Vijay Sethupathi have previously collaborated on two romantic comedies titled Naanum Rowdy Dhaan (2015) and Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal (2022). Wikki 6 is said to be an action packed entertainer, and it remains to be seen if Vijay Sethupathi comes on board.
