Vijay starrer Varisu is an upcoming action entertainer that is gearing up for a Pongal 2023 release. MovieCrow had previously reported that the first single from the film will be unveiled on November 4 or 5; Now producers Sri Venkateswara Creations have officially announced that a promo from this song will be out this evening at 6: 30 PM. 

Varisu [titled Vaarasudu in Telugu] is directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The movie has S Thaman for music and T-series holds the audio rights. Vijay will be seen alongside Rashmika Mandanna in Varisu, which is expected to relesase in theaters on January 11.
