Acclaimed Tamil film director Ram who has movies like the National award winning Thanga Meengal (2013) to his credit, is returning with a new project since Peranbu in 2019. This new movie stars actors Nivin Pauly, Anjali and Soori among others; Its title was revealed today to be Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai. 

The title announcement video touts Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai as an intense love story. The film produced by Suresh Kamatchi's V House Productions has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music,  N K Ekhambram for cinematography, Mathi VS for edits, Stunt Silva for action, Sandy Master for choreography and Umesh J Kumar for production design/art.
