It is a widely known fact that Shah Rukh Khan plays dual roles in Atlee's upcoming directorial Jawan and recently the Bollywood star began his Chennai schedule for the movie alongside Deepika Padukone. Reportedly, Deepika is paired opposite senior Shah Rukh in Jawan, and Vijay Sethupathi who plays villain in the film becomes responsible for her death.

How SRK unfolds a revenge tale against Vijay Sethupathi forms the rest of this trio's dynamic in the movie. Word also has it that the face to face scene between Deepika Padukone and Vijay Sethupathi will be filmed in the next few days at Chennai. 

Jawan produced by Shah Rukh's Red Chillies Entertainment plans to wrap shooting by November/December of this year. The movie has Anirudh for music and will be hitting theater screens on June 2, 2023 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages.

Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Sunil Grover also star in this film, which will see Shah Rukh play a RAW officer father and a gangster son.
