Filmmaker Rathnakumar who has directed movies like Meyaadha Maan (2017), Aadai (2019) and penned dialogues for Vijay's Master and Kamal Haasan's Vikram is gearing up for the release of his next directorial venture. Titled Gulu Gulu, the movie stars comedy actor Santhanam in a serious role and the recently unveiled sneak peek video has already crossed 1 M views on YouTube.

Gulu Gulu is touted to be a road action comedy and also stars Athulya, Namitha, Pradeep Rawat, Mariyam George, Sai Dheena among others. The technical crew of this film includes Santhosh Narayanan for music, Vijay Kartik Kannan for cinematography and Philomin Raj for edits.

The movie produced by Circle Box Entertainment releases on July 29, 2022. Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies is presenting the film in theaters.
