In a shocking new develpment, theater owners in Karur have announced that Vijay starrer Beast which is scheduled to release on April 13, 2022 (tomorrow) will not be screened in their cinema halls. Thanthi TV reports that of the 7 theater screens in Karur, atleast 3 of them had advance bookings open for a while but a disagreement over share has cropped up between distributors in the region and these theater owners.

As a result the agreement for Beast release has not been signed yet and this has become a huge impediment for Beast movie's release in Karur. Thanthi TV reports that on the outskirts of Karur however, two theaters have successfully locked Beast for release and the film has been fully booked over there.
