Three years after it was first announced, actor Suriya's movie with director Siva is all set to begin in 2022 and recently the director confirmed that the movie will commercial entertainer. Word also has it that the movie will see Suriya in dual roles - one a city based character and the other a village based role.

Suriya has previously portrayed such double characters in his 2007 movie Vel, and it remains to be seen what this first time duo have come up with for the story. Suriya-Siva's yet to be titled film is a Studio Green production and previously, it was said the the film's digital rights were sold to Sony Liv even before the movie's shooting.
