Sivakarthikeyan's Doctor turns out to be biggest blockbuster in the second half of 2021. The film had revived theatre business, when there was a fear about the 3rd wave of pandemic. Despite new release Aranamani 3, a popular franchise of aranmanai, the box-office response to the movie has no change, the movie went houseful across all centres in Tamil Nadu throught the pooja holidays.
