Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the most famous footballers in the world recently shook the stock market of the soft-drink brand Coca Cola with a simple gesture of his. During a press conference in Budapest, the captain of the Portugal football team switched two Coke bottles with normal water and said “Agua”, meaning water in Portuguese.

A video clip of the gesture went viral in no time, and came across as a motivation for people to drink water instead of carbonated drinks. Following a $4 billion drop in Coca-cola's market value (who incidentally are also the sponsors of Euro 2020, for which Ronaldo was at the press conference in the first place) and a worldwide meme frenzy, Vijay fans have now added their 2 cents about the topic.

Just like Ronaldo, Vijay too was once an ambassador for Coca-cola and has appeared in many of their advertisement campaigns. However, actor Vijay has since featured in movies which speak against the soft-drink industry as a whole and how they have affected farmers in India.
It takes guts and humility to admit mistakes, which Vijay and Ronaldo have in abundance. They rectified it. ❤️👏🏻#Master @actorvijay @Cristiano pic.twitter.com/EJz7sZg50a
