K.V. Anand's sudden demise has left the Tamil film industry and its fans in shock. While details of the cinematographer turned director's death have not officially been stated out, it is said that K.V. Anand experienced sudden chest pain last night and the Adayar resident drove himself to the MIOT hospital at Poonamallee road, Chennai.
He is said to have passed away from cardiac arrest at 3:00 AM and actor Suriya is said to be working out the release of his mortal remains. Since the director is said to have had COVID-19 complications, his mortal remains will be sent to Besant Nagar Electric Crematorium for last rites.
