The trailer of Anbirkiniyal, the Tamil remake of Malayalam survival thriller Helen is out now. Keerthi Pandian plays the titular role in the movie and her real life father Arun Pandian plays her on-screen dad. The trailer reveals that Anbirkiniyal works in a food eatery at a mall and goes missing.

The Malayalam original was written by Alfred Kurian Joseph, Noble Babu Thomas and director Mathukutty Xavier and the Tamil version is directed by Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara fame Gokul.
