After the outpour of support from Kollywood and fans, team Master seems to have traced the source behind the leaked footages that had unexpectedly made its way into social media last night. Apparently the leaked videos contained nearly an hour's worth of Master's unreleased content and they were found to be recorded on a phone.

They came with no sub-titles and were traced back to Sony Digital Cinemas (SDC). Producers of the Master are said to be keen on taking legal action against the company and SDC's employee responsible for the leak.

Neither of the parties involved have made any official statements regarding the matter.
