Boney Kapoor produced Valimai, which is an upcoming cop-action film starring Ajith in the lead is expected to release in the Summer of 2021. Latest on the movie is that the entire overseas rights has been sold to a company named United India Exports for a record price. The deal has however not been made public as yet.

It is worth mentioning here that the film plans to wrap shooting by February, 2021 and any official updates on the first look or motion poster of the film can now be expected only next year. Valimai directed by H. Vinoth also stars Huma Qureshi in the lead. The film has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music.
