Actress Oviya who rose to optimum fame with her stint on the Tamil reality TV show Bigg Boss was seen in the horror comedy Muni 4: Kanchana 3 in 2018, which was also one of her biggest movies since the show. After a slew of not so successful films, Oviya has been signed to be a part of yet another horror comedy and reportedly the movie has been titled Sambavam.

Sambavam is to be directed by Ranjith and will see Abi Saravanan play the male lead. Other official details of the movie are expected to be announced soon.
