We had reported earlier that team Master was in no mood to change its release of April 9, 2020 but the ongoing global pandemic is also in no mood of dying down and the film's release fate as of now is on a limb. However, director Lokesh Kanagaraj and his folks are leaving no stone unturned in completing the post production of the movie and reportedly, the sound and design work of the film are going on in full swing.

It is also being said that the highly awaited Master trailer will be dropping in the first week of April, 2020 though an official announcement on the same is awaited. It is worth mentioning there that even during the last lyric video release, the makers have maintained that the Vijay starrer will be releasing in the month of April.
