Ajith's upcoming movie Valimai which is a H. Vinoth directorial, will see the actor performing some high octane action as revealed at the onset of the movie. Recent reports on the movie suggest that the team is planning on canning some of them in overseas locations such as Spain and Morocco and if the plans get confirmed, Ajith and co. will be flying there in April/ May this year.
The shooting of Valimai began in December, 2019 and so far the movie has been shot in Hyderabad and Chennai. Touted to be a cop-entertainer, Valimai was also recently in the news for roping in 100 actor Raj Ayyappa who happens to be the son of Banu Prakash, the actor who played a memorable role in Ajith's debut movie Amaravathi. Vada Chennai actor Pavel Navageethan is another actor confirmed to be a part of the cast.
Valimai is produced by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP in association with Zee Studios. The film has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music and plans to release later this year.
