Earlier today, a slight tension prevailed over opening of advance bookings for Lyca Productions' upcoming film Mafia and it was due to the delay in confirmations from the Chengalpet area. This was understandable given the strained relations between Chengalpet area distributors with Lyca over Darbar.

However, all seems to be sorted for Mafia as the advance bookings are now open. Directed by Karthick Naren Mafia is based on drug cartels and bustings and has Arun Vijay, Prasanna and Priya Bhavani Shankar playing lead roles. The film releases tomorrow i.e. February 21, 2020.
