Darbar, directed by A.R. Murugadoss has Rajinikanth returning to his fan-favourite cop avatar after 25 years and the film which is looking at a January 9, 2020 release, had its first trailer release today. Nayanthara plays Rajini's love interest in the movie, which is also her fourth with the superstar actor.

Produced by Lyca Productions, Darbar has an ensemble of Suneil Shetty, Nivetha Thomas, Yogi Babu, Thambi Ramiah, Prateik Babbar among others and has music by Anirudh. Telugu version of the trailer above.
