Chhichhore starring Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor and Varum Sharma in the lead roles directed by Nitesh Tiwari of 'Dangal' fame hit the screens on September 6. The campus comedy drama has received mostly positive reviews from both audience and critics. The film which had a slow star in its opening day collected Rs. 35.98 cr in its opening weekend.

The film has been holding strong on the crucial Monday and has earned Rs. 44.08 cr in 4 days. The film raked in Rs. 8.10 cr on Day 4 which is higher than its opening day collection of Rs. 7.32 cr. The film is inching towards Rs. 50 crore mark at the Box Office. Taran Adarsh shared the box office figures and wrote:
