The first look of Janhvi Kapoor as IAF officer Gunjan Saxena is out. The film is a biopic based on India's first Air Force woman officer Gunjan Saxena who went to war. Two first look posters have been released by the makers. Karan Johar shared the poster on his social media handle and wrote, "She was told ladkiyan pilot nahin banti, but she stood her ground & wanted to fly! In one, Janhvi dreams of becoming a pilot while in the other she is seen as an IAF officer fulfilling her dream. The film is directed by Sharan Sharma and produced by Dharma Productions in association with Zee Studios. Gunjan Saxena - The Kargil Girl also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Angad Bedi, Vineet Kumar and Manav Vij in pivotal roles. The movie is slated to release on March 13, 2020.
