After unveiling the first song Hey Menina, the makers have released the second song Nalona from the film as well. The song Nalona is a soothing melody number sung by Chinmayi Sripaada and music composed by Chaitan Bharadwaj. Chinmayi thanked the team for giving her an opportunity to croon this song. She tweeted, "Really grateful for the opportunity to sing in #Manamadhudu2 #Naalona Thank you for this lovely song @chaitanmusic and Shubham Vishwanath for the lovely lyrics :)"

Directed by Rahul Ravindran of "Chi La Sow" fame, the film is a sequel to Nagarjuna's blockbuster 2002 romantic comedy Manmandhudu. 'Manmadhudu 2' is set for release on August 9, 2019. Vennela Kishore, veteran actress Lakshmi and Devadarshini play pivotal roles. Samantha Akkineni and Keerthy Suresh play cameo roles in the film. In the first part, Nagarjuna's character hates women, but in the sequel he will be seen as a Casanova.
