Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho release gets postponed

Prabhas-Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho is one of the hugely anticipated films which is gearing up for a worldwide release on August 15. The latest buzz is that the film release is likely to postponed to August 30 instead of Independence Day (August 15) due to delay in post-production work.

While the makers of Saaho have not officially confirmed the postponement of the film's release to a later date, two Telugu films 'Evaru' and 'Ranarangam' have now announced the film's release date as August 15 which sort of confirms the news doing the rounds on social media to be true. However we need to wait for an official word from Saaho makers to confirm the film's new release date.

On the other hand, Adivi Sesh's suspense crime thriller 'Evaru' which was initially slated for release on August 23 will now release on August 15. Adivi Sesh took to his Twitter page to share the news.

Guys, My producer @PVPCinema called me and gave me some info. So here goes! EVARU releases THIS #August15th ! #IndepndenceDay ! #EvaruonAug15 #EVARU

Also director Sudheer Varma who has helmed Sharwanand starrer Ranarangam has announced on social media that the film will now hit the screens for Independence Day. The film was initially slated for release on August 2.

Brace yourselves fans & movielovers, This Independence Day #Sharwanand is going to bring back Gangster swag of 90's to the theatres near you! #RanarangamOn15thAug

With Saaho release getting postponed, Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal will be clashing with John Abraham's Batla House at the Box Office.

Featuring Arun Vijay, Neil Nithin Mukesh, Vennela Kishore, Lal and few more familiar Pan-Indian artistes, the film will have its release simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam. Produced by Vamsi-Pramod for UV Creations, Sujeeth has directed this big-budgeted flick.
