Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani's latest outing Kabir Singh directed by Sandeep Vanga, has successfully scored a double century at the box office. The film has earned Rs 206.48 cr in 13 days. It has crossed Rs. 200 cr mark in the shortest time period of 13 days compared to Salman Khan's Bharat which took 14 days. Taran Adarsh shared the box office numbers of the film on his Twitter page.

In another tweet, he has mentioned that Kabir Singh is the first Hindi film this year to have crossed Rs. 200 cr mark in a span of 13 days.

Kabir Singh is Shahid Kapoor's biggest solo hit, though Padmaavat is still the biggest hit of his career. The film is expected to cross the lifetime collection of Salman Khan’s Bharat (Rs. 210+ cr) by Thursday. At this rate, Kabir Singh has high chances of beating Vicky Kaushal's Uri (Rs. 244 cr) record to become the highest grosser of 2019.
