Manmadhudu 2 starring Nagarjuna in the lead role is a sequel to 2002 romantic comedy film, of the same name. The film shooting is progressing at a brisk pace. Keerthy Suresh is the latest addition to the film's cast. She has joined the team to shoot for her portions. Nagarjuna shared pictures from the sets, on his Twitter page. Keerthy Suresh will be seen in a cameo in the film.

Manmadhudu 2 is directed by Rahul Ravindran of Chi La Sow fame, the film has Rakul Preet, Lakshmi, Devadarshini and Vennela Kishore in prominent roles. Interestingly, Nagarjuna's daughter-in-law Samantha Akkieneni will be seen in a cameo role in the film and she has already shot for her portions.
