Post the criticism raised against the use of a caste name in Kamal Haasan's latest project announcement, the Ulaganayagan has addressed the concern and clarified his stance.
He has been quoted by the media as saying, "I mentioned Thevar Magan 2 for the audience's connect and the reliability. The title will not be Thevar Magan 2, and we have not figured out on the title of the project. We will have a different title. I am someone who is against caste and religion, and so will be this film. For that fact, all of my films are against caste and religion. Also, Thevar Magan 2 need not be my last film too."
It is worth mentioning here that Kamal Haasan has said Indian 2 will release only in 2020 and with him adding that Thevar Magan 2 will not be his last film, one wonders what will happen to his full-time career in politics.
