Salman Khan unveiled the teaser of his upcoming film Bharat on the occasion of Independence day as a special treat to his fans. In the 50-second short teaser, Salman narrates one of his dialogues from the film: “Baauji kehte the kuch rishte zameen se hote hai, aur kuch khoon se... mere paas dono the.” (My father said some relationships are because of land and some because of blood, I had both)

Bharat directed by Ali Abbas Zaffar is one of the most awaited films in Bollywood which is slated for Eid 2019 release. The film will feature Salman sporting five different looks spanning 60 years. The cast also includes Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Tabu and Sunil Grover.

After wrapping up the Mumbai schedule of the film, the team has started shooting for Bharat in Malta. Bharat is an official adaptation of the South Korean film. It is produced by Atul Agnihotri's Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd and Bhushan Kumar's T-Series.
