Looks like it's complaints facing season for actor-politician Kamal Haasan for, following the one filed against his show Bigg Boss Tamil Season 2, he is facing another for his upcoming film Vishwaroopam 2. Director P.S. Swaminathan representing a production company named Pyramid Samira Productions has filed a plea in the High Court to restrain the release of Vishwaroopam 2 (due on August 10, 2018), so that the production house can recover Rs. 7.75 crore that Kamal Haasan owes.

This issue dates back to 2011 when a first complaint was filed accusing Haasan of receiving close to Rs. 10 crore on the pretext of a Tamil-Hindi bilingual titled Marmayogibut instead using it for Unnaipol Oruvan. This civil suit was followed up in 2016, with Haasan still owing the production house Rs. 5.44 crore at that time. Now with interest. the production house claims that Haasan owes Rs. 7.75 crore and have filed another plea to stop the release of his upcoming film, so that the amount could be recovered.
