Earlier today, actor Krishna who had a significant role to play in actor Dhanush's upcoming film Maari 2 updated through his social media page that he had wrapped his shooting portions of the film and was all praises for his co-star and lead actor cum producer of the film, Dhanush. Taking to his twitter page, Krishna wrote:

Directed by Balaji Mohan, Maari 2 is the sequel to the hit masala venture Maari, which released in 2015. The sequel has Sai Pallavi, Robo Shankar and Tovino Thomas and is currently being shot at Chennai. Actor Dhanush recently fell prey to a freak accident on the sets, but going by this latest development, the team seems to be on track with its shooting work.
