If reports are anything to go by then actor Ajith starrer Viswasam which is currently being shot at Andhra Pradesh and Telengana will be an action entertainer with focus on comic elements too, just as one witnessed in director Siva's earlier film Siruthai. This was more or less confirmed by the film's stunt choreographer Dhilip Subbarayan who stated in a recent interview that Viswasam has five action sequences and one of them which was shot recently by the team has a comic quotient to it. 

Also, it may not be just these elements which makes us draw comparisions between the two films in question. If one may recall, Siruthai saw Karthi play a dual role (one of a serious police officer and the other of a rogue with a devil-may-care attitude). Ajith too was said to be playing dual roles in Viswasam, only now word has emerged that it that the actor will be seen playing brothers, one calm and the other more rogue.

Viswasam  which is directed by Siva and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films has Nayanthara playing female lead with  Imman for music, Vetri for cinematography, Ruben for the edits. Vikram Vedha, Viswasam  which is directed by Siva and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films has Nayanthara playing female lead with Imman for music, Vetri for cinematography, Ruben for the edits. Manikandan of Kaala and Vikram Vedha fame is taking care of the dialogues for this movie.
